Kiruba Karan Nallayan leads the UK operations of UK India Trade Connect Limited, bringing over 20 years of experience working with senior leadership and business teams across globally recognised organisations including HCL, Admiral Insurance, Bank of Tokyo, and the London Stock Exchange Group.

In addition to his extensive corporate background, Kiruba has successfully owned and operated a UK-based limited company for more than 12 years. This hands-on entrepreneurial experience has given him in-depth understanding of the UK business environment, regulatory frameworks, stakeholder management, and operational delivery.

At UKITC, he is responsible for shaping UK market strategy, building institutional and commercial partnerships, and ensuring strong execution across all UK-facing initiatives. His leadership focus is on scalable growth, governance-led operations, and delivering sustainable value for UK and India-based clients engaging in cross-border trade.
